All products sold by Efevisionaryacademy are digital and are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because access is granted immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing checkout you confirm that you understand you are waiving any right of withdrawal once access has been granted.
2. Digital products
Digital products (e.g., Faith Journal, AI Prompt Pack, Visibility Challenge, Podcast Pack, AI Studio credits and outputs) are non-refundable once purchased. Please review the product description and preview material carefully before buying.
3. Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal.
- Cancellation stops all future renewals — you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
- Payments already taken, including the most recent renewal, are non-refundable and partial periods are not pro-rated.
4. Duplicate or failed transactions
If you were charged twice for the same order, or paid for something you never received access to, contact us at support@efevisionaryacademy.store with your receipt. Genuine billing errors of this kind are corrected.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we'll resolve legitimate billing issues quickly. Opening a dispute without contacting us may delay resolution and can result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
