These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EfeVisionaryAcademy website, mobile app, and all services provided by Efevisionaryacademy ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. All content, branding, logos, and materials on this platform are the property of Efevisionaryacademy or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

You agree not to:

• Create, upload, request, or distribute content that impersonates a real person, uses another person's likeness without permission, or misleads people into believing synthetic media is real.
• Create, upload, request, or distribute violent extremist, self-harm, regulated goods, illegal services, or other prohibited content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with the proper working of the service.
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.

Our AI image, digital twin, faceless video, podcast, and campaign tools are for lawful, consent-based business, education, faith, and creator content only. We may refuse generation requests, remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Efevisionaryacademy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
